Sport & Exercise’s Summer Class Timetable starts on Monday 23rd May. The timetable will bring our customers a great mix of 60 plus classes from May-September. View it online here: Document Summer Class Timetable 2016 (498.4 KB / PDF) Look out for exciting new additions PiYo from BeachBody Live and Les Mills BodyBalance and BodyAttack. More ‘Blast’ classes for a short, sharp and sweaty workout in 30 minutes or less will also run. Our Circuits and Spin classes will be extended to one hour each, too. This and a few small adjustments have been made to the Summer Timetable. These are informed by operational and customer feedback, large-scale planned events and management review. We hope you will enjoy the selection just as much as ever, if not more as the team have tried to make it more accommodating of working hours and are offering more classes than last summer. You may also be interested in our new workshops and courses running over the summer. New “Get Jogging” and “How to Gym” workshops will run alongside our regular Pilates classes and we’ll be running special Boot Camps for those taking part in “Tough Mudder” through the Big Leap.
