Essential maintenance to our facilities and services

Information about upcoming developments, upgrades and temporary closures across some of our facilities.

We pride ourselves on providing world-class equipment and facilities but occasionally need to close some areas to maintain our high standards and improve our offering. We aim to keep any disruption to members and customers to a minimum and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Full closure of the Vaults space for refurbishment, including an improved layout and new equipment.

Alternative equipment will be available in My Gym during this period.

6th July - Late JulyReceptionPleasance Sports Complex and GymReception will remain open as normal.
Works will take place to support decorative updates and a new retail installation.
21st July - 13th SeptemberHall bookingsPleasance → St Leonards LandDue to the Fringe Festival on site at the Pleasae, all Sports Hall bookings will move from Pleasance to St Leonards Land Games Hall for the duration of this period.
20th July - 9th SeptemberHutton Gardens (walk through to Leo’s)Hutton Gardens (walk through to Leo’s)

20 July - 4 August: Closed 24/7 for building works.

5 August - 31 August: Open during daytime for shows, closed overnight.

1 - 9 September: Closed 24/7 for decant period.

3rd - 9th AugustSwimming PoolSt Leonards LandAnnual pool closure for maintenance.
No member swim sessions will be available during this time.
20th July - 9th SeptemberParkingPleasance Sports Complex and GymVery limited parking available on site during this period. Please plan accordingly.
26th July - 13th SeptemberClass relocation (Studio → Salle)Pleasance Sports Complex and GymStudio classes will be relocated to the Salle during this period.
17th August - 11th SeptemberPleasance Sports Complex and GymPleasance Sports Complex and GymMinor disruption across areas of the Pleasance due to annual repainting works.
