Get social and active with our friendly and fun Social Jogging Sessions! Our FREE weekly Social Jogging Sessions provide participants an opportunity to meet like-minded people, stretch your legs after work or studies, and take time out for yourself, whilst building some activity into your day. These sessions are suitable for intermediate runners and you are welcome to come to one or all sessions. If you are a new or returning runner, the Active Lives team encourage you to sign up to our 10-week Learn to Run programme. Learn to Run - 5km Our Semester 2 Social Jogging timetable will run from Friday 24 January to Friday 18 April 2025. All sessions need to be pre-booked via the Myed events booking system. Bookings open on 1 January 2025. I've been to most of the social runs at King’s Buildings this semester and really enjoyed them! Zena (Active Lives Assistant) has been amazing at leading them and really welcoming and it's been such a nice way to de-stress from studying, get some exercise, and chat to new people.
