Social Jogging Sessions

Get social and active with our friendly and fun Social Jogging sessions!

If you are a new or returning runner, the Active Lives team encourage you to sign up to our 10-week Learn to Run programme.

I've been to most of the social runs at King’s Buildings this semester and really enjoyed them! Zena (Active Lives Assistant) has been amazing at leading them and really welcoming and it's been such a nice way to de-stress from studying, get some exercise, and chat to new people.

I am new to the University and I was keen to find a group of people I could run with especially as the nights get darker. I’ve been to 2 social runs so far and I’ve enjoyed it so much that I will attend as long as it continues (and I hope others do the same).
