The Vaults Gym

A gym dedicated to free weights training suitable for all levels and abilities.

Our free weight gym is unique training space set within two vaulted cellars, housing squat/bench/deadlift stations and dumbbells, allowing our members to focus on strength-based training.

The key features are:

  • 13 adjustable flat benches
  • 1 decline abdominal bench
  • 1 glute/ham
  • 1 incline bench press
  • 1 decline bench press
  • 1 shoulder press
  • 1 preacher curl
  • 1 leg press
  • Dumbbells ranging from 6 to 70 kilogrammes

Accessibility

The Vaults can be accessed via a lift.
