You can also use the video guides to create a mini-circuit. Combine a range of different types of exercises for a complete at home body workout.

 

Why not try out these exercises as a complete active for life circuit, this programme has been designed by our very own June Underwood. Allow between 16 - 24 minutes to complete the circuit.
