Be inspired to make a positive change by taking a look at what you can do with us: Brilliant Boot Camps Our popular boot camps are marching back into action this January. Blow away the cobwebs with this 5-week, 10-session course that culminates in a fun graduation challenge. It is open to absolutely everyone, so it’s a great way to develop your fitness, whether you are a regular gym user or just looking to stick with a New Year’s Resolution. Interested? Book at reception. Wonderful Workshops Discover something new or develop existing skills with our range of workshops. Sessions run from 18th January and include Self Defence and Pilates. There are also several weightlifting courses, specifically tailored to groups including beginners, females and advanced level weightlifters. Cracking Classes There really is nothing more inspiring and motivational than group exercise so look out for our great range of exercise classes starting again on the 11th January. PLUS for Semester 2 we have added Les Mills and BeachBody Live into our roster of high quality fitness classes. We are introducing RPM and Body Combat from Les Mills as well as BeachBody Live’s version of Insanity. They will be taking over the slots of Spin (Tuesday 19.20pm), Jab Kick Burn (Thursday 7.25pm) and Insanity (Friday 12.15pm) respectively.
