March on in March

Evidence shows there are five steps we can all take to improve our mental wellbeing. We’re encouraging our whole community to #MarchOnInMarch and try some of these steps. You may feel happier, more positive and able to get the most out of life.

 The five steps are
1. Connect 4. Give to others
2. Be active 5. Take notice
3. Keep Learning

 The Five Ways to Wellbeing

To mark University Mental Health Day we're offering free entry to UoE students and staff at both the Pleasance and Easter Bush Gym.

Come along to try out our awesome climbing facilities at the Pleasance Sports Centre for University Mental Health Day. You'll get to try some bouldering, top-roping and auto-belays.

In celebration of University Mental Health Day on Thursday 14 March, we are inviting University of Edinburgh students and staff to participate in various free activities to promote well-being through physical activity.
