This programme is suitable for runners who can comfortably jog for 30 minutes with the goal of running a 10k distance. You will be supported by our Active Lives Run Leaders who will offer encouragement and motivation every step of the way. The 10-week progressive programme will help you work towards your goal safely and effectively, whilst being be part of a small group of like-minded individuals - a great way to make new friends and connections!
