Gemma joined the University’s FASIC Sport & Exercise Medicine Clinic in 2007 progressing to an advanced practice role by 2018.In 2020, she was awarded a Masters with Distinction in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at Cardiff University. Gemma has worked with a variety of sports and their governing bodies including Rugby, Judo and Hockey including supporting the Senior Scotland Men’s Hockey team in their promotion to the European A division in 2017 as well as working at large sporting events including the Commonwealth Games in 2014.
