At 11am on Saturday 11 November, Armistice Day, and Sunday 12 November, Remembrance Sunday, teams across all Sport & Exercise facilities will observe a 2 minute silence. We invite all members, visitors and guests to join us to remember the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life.
